**The Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Office Administrator to support the financial and administrative functions of our practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow, as no prior experience is necessary - full training will be provided. You will work closely with our finance team and office manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with financial tasks including invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliation
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Help prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with external stakeholders and assist with audits
- Assist with managing office supplies and administrative coordination
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and help maintain internal systems
- Collaborate closely with the finance team and office manager to deliver effective operational support
**About You**:
- Previous experience of working in an administrative role and/or a finance role is desirable but not essential.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
- Comfortable using basic computer systems (MS Office; familiarity with Xero is a plus)
- Discreet, professional, and able to handle confidential information
