**We are looking for a Bookings Coordinator (Service Booking Advisor)** to join our existing Contact Centre in Stoke. Based at Head Office, you will make and receive phone calls to existing customers. Booking them in for their MOT, Service and all other work related to their car.

**Up to £21,000.00 per annum plus £500 bonus monthly **

**If you have call centre like experience then this will be a big advantage**

Your salary is a basic pay plus capped bonus based on the number of bookings into the company. **The potential to earn up to an extra £500 per month.**

There are also other bonuses for selling additional products.

A warm calling opportunity, so customers are expecting to receive notifications. **No cold calling what so ever**

You will be looking at 60% Outbound and 40% Inbound.

**Brief**
- This position would suit someone with a call centre based background and working history
- You must be good with using computers with multiple screens open at the same time to retrieve the correct information and to be able to make a booking on a phone call.
- You will be expected to have experience in the upselling of additional products within your work experience history.
- You must have impeccable Customer Service standards.
40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, so no weekend work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,500.00 per year
