They have been in the industry for over 35 years and still going strong. What: We are on the lookout for someone who is currently a Sales Negotiator that wants a change to work for a forward thinking company with high stock levels Why: Due to their recent successes our client is now looking for someone to add to their team. **Hours**: Mon - Fri 9am-6pm (Sat 10am - 4pm) Working a 5 day week. You will be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis, when working a Saturday, you are given any weekday off (Your choice) as a day in Lieu. **If you are still reading, then the Sales Negotiator position could be for you, What does a typical day look like?** - Generate applicants for the properties by calling through existing database - Arrange and conduct viewings - Negotiate offers with both vendor and applicants - Hitting sales targets/KPI’s on a weekly/monthly basis **What makes a successful Sales Negotiator?** - Money hungry - Positive can-do attitude - Self-motivated - Target driven - Articulate and professional - Sales experience (desirable) **Disclaimer
