Salary: OTE £45,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

A forward-thinking independent Sales and Lettings Agency in Canary Wharf are seeking a motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator.

This role is ideal for someone with previous sales or lettings experience who is energetic, proactive, and highly customer-focused. The successful candidate will deliver first-class client service, maintain strong relationships, and work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing residential sales and lettings
  • Conducting property viewings for buyers and tenants
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Negotiating sales and tenancy agreements
  • Handling enquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Collaborating with colleagues to support the sales and lettings process
  • Representing the agency professionally at all times 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience in residential sales and/or lettings
  • Strong customer service skills and client-focused approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner and professional attitude
  • Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
  • Energetic, proactive, and articulate
  • Knowledge of Canary Wharf and surrounding area helpful
  • Full UK driving licence essential; own car preferred
  • Thoroughly professional approach to estate agency
