**Role: Technical Specialist - Sharepoint**

**Location: Hybrid working - Birmingham/Remote**

Demand for our Data Centre services continues to grow both from existing and new customers creating a real career opportunity for a talented individual to join us at our Birmingham Data Centre as an Sharepoint Technical Specialist.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting and delivering projects to some of our highest profile customers across a range of Sharepoint and Infrastructure technologies.
- Supporting the DCS Infrastructure engineering team in the advanced troubleshooting of customer’s environments
- Identify Technical Problems and potential Service Improvements across customers Sharepoint environments
- Participate in an on-call technical escalation process outside of UK Business hours

**Key Skills/Experience**
- Advanced technical knowledge of Sharepoint (On prem, Online and Office 365)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex, technical, multi-site and multi-disciplinary problems and incidents
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels

As you will be working alongside our colleagues in the UK Public Sector, you will be required to undertake Security Clearance
