**Role**

As an Operational Executive, you will be responsible for the delivery of technical expertise and product development services through the day to day running of external insurer partnerships held by Travel & Schools. You will also be responsible for the delivery of operational business support services through the day to day running of external business partnerships and internal colleagues in particular new business and renewal Partnership Managers.

**Other key accountabilities include**:

- Provision of underwriting referral services.
- Production and analysis of underwriting statistics.
- Central point of contact for partner enquiries, referrals, and requests.
- New business and renewal policy administration.
- Provision of compliance and regulatory operational support.
- Monthly sales data management and invoicing.
- Training / process documentation maintenance.
- Continuous improvements to operational processes and procedures.

**Person**

The Operational Executive must have customer focus at all times, offering high quality underwriting referral and support services to external partners and internal colleagues. Previous experience of working in Financial Services or specifically the Insurance industry will be an advantage along with any insurance product knowledge, but this is not essential for the role.

**The successful Operational Executive will be or have**:

- A good telephone manner is essential with strong verbal and written communicative styles to support customer enquiries
- Computer literate with strong skills in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Numerate with some experience of data analysis
- Multi-tasking and organisational skills, attention to detail, quick assessment and work prioritisation
- Strong delivery; getting the job done and delivery within set timescales
- A team player maintaining a flexible approach and strong working relationships with colleagues
