**WHAT TO EXPECT**

As a Paint Sprayer, you’ll be working as part of a team to deliver a world class paint finish for exclusive luxury vehicles within our Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) department.

SVO Block 35 is a standalone SVO facility based withing the core JLR Solihull site, housing paint booths and a T&F conversion operation. Block 35 itself comes under SVO Oxford Road umbrella. SVO Oxford Road (Ryton in Dunsmore), is a 20,000m2 facility containing a premium paint facility with a capacity of 8000 units per annum, and a Trim & Final build hall that has the full capability to undertake the complete assembly of vehicles including off-track processes, ABS, and outbound logistics.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Support The Management & Resolution Of Technical Issues Relating To Production & Escalate Where Necessary.
- Preparation Of Body Coloured Panels.
- Paint Spraying Tailgates/ Carbon Bonnet Panels.
- Rectification Of Body Coloured Panels.
- You’ll Ensure The Area Complies With All Health And Safety Procedures & 5’s Guidelines.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds Level 3, Indentured apprenticeship or equivalent
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Understanding Of the SV Content & SV Premium Palette Colours.
- Understanding Of Paint Shop Systems, Processes & Tool Functions
- Proven Experience & Understanding Paint Standards, Finishes & Process Adherence.
- A Good Understanding Of Operating Practices/ Processes Such As COSHH, QPS & WES.
- Versatile Within Job Role
- Previous Experience In A Paint Operations Environment.
