Well known, national insurance brokerage, with market leading Trade Credit insurance team currently seek to recruit an experienced Trade Credit Insurance Account Handler.

Working From Home role, All UK locations considered.

Involved in working with predominantly UK based clients ranging from SME's up to large Plc's from a variety of trades and sectors, including Manufacturing, Construction and Professional Services.

**The Role**

Working alongside the Business Director this is a key role as you’ll be responsible for the handling of key accounts. We are looking for a confident and experienced team player able to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with a portfolioof clients. The main focus for this role will be on client retention and growth. As the main contact for all service needs you will ensure client's needs are met and service level expectations exceeded.
- Providing support and guidance to clients regarding their policy terms and conditions.
- Servicing clients and the companies key accounts and assisting the Executives with the renewal process.
- Preparing pre-renewal data and reports.
- Supporting new business development.

Will have-- A Credit Insurance/Surety background.
- Relevant industry qualifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Experience of working within a client advisory role in the insurance industry or similar.
- Good knowledge of Credit Insurance although support and training will be available.
- Willingness to take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
