This is a fantastic opportunity to join a digital focused team at the UK’s number 1 ski travel agency. We are looking for a passionate individual who has the potential to excel in the fast pace of the ski industry.
**Role Purpose**
You will be someone who has experience in a digital environment and has a knowledge of multichannel performance marketing. The role will suit someone who is keen to develop their digital marketing skills and perfect them in a niche travel sector.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with other marketing teams across the business to share best practice and grow your skill set.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver marketing components for ski strategy
- Drive channel performance
- Drive growth of database
- Monitor daily ROI to ensure efficiencies and exceeding of budget
- Implement best practices, keep up to date with industry research and competitors’ campaigns
- Proactively investigate and spot opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with customer facing departments to enhance the overall customer experience
**Skills & Experience**:
- An understanding of digital marketing and the channel landscape
- An understanding of CRM programmes and database management
- An understanding / experience with HTML
- High attention to detail
- Organised, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks
- Ideally previous use of Adobe Campaign or other CRM Tool
- Ideally previous experience of Adobe apps (Photoshop, Dreamweaver)
