**Job Title: Maintenance Scheduler**

**Location**: Havant
**Department**: Facilities Management
**Reports to**: Office Manager

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Develop and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance (PPM) schedule for all systems and equipment.
- Schedule and track corrective maintenance activities in coordination with the facilities team.
- Prioritise urgent maintenance requests and ensure prompt responses to facility-related issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and in-house maintenance staff to schedule services, inspections, and repairs.

**Work Order Management**:

- Generate and assign work orders based on maintenance requests and ongoing needs.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work orders, including details on services performed and time taken.
- Track and update the status of work orders in the facilities management software.

**Inventory and Parts Management**:

- Ensure that all necessary parts and materials are available for scheduled maintenance tasks.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation for all scheduled, completed, and pending work.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations in all aspects of maintenance scheduling and execution.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Analyse maintenance processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and minimise downtime.

**Qualifications**

**Education/Experience**:

- Experience in facilities maintenance, scheduling, or related field.
- Experience using computerised systems is highly desirable.

**Skills/Abilities**:

- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Basic knowledge of facilities systems (electrical, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: £150.00-£170.00 per day
