We've developed an apprentice management platform with a difference, and our customers love it. This is creating exciting demand for our products and services, and we're looking to appoint 2 Amazing Customer Success Apprentices to join our team to provide technical support to our customers.

You'll be assisting your colleagues as they walk our customers through the Rubitek onboarding journey. You'll also benefit from working very closely with Rubitek's founders, providing a high level of exposure to experienced business leaders, gaining valuable multifaceted business experience often not possible in larger organisations.

In your role as our next Amazing Customer Success Apprentice, you'll need to be able to:

- Talk and communicate confidently to our customers about our solutions and products (don't worry, we'll teach you about what we do)
- Provide technical support and training - via online chat, over the phone, and in person through demos, webinars, and attendance at meetings and events (so you'll need confidence)
- Build strong relationships (we're looking for someone who thrives on interaction)
- Be able to manage multiple priorities and support the needs of your colleagues (in a small company, your role will encompass many aspects of what we do)
- Pay close attention to detail and demonstrate a high standard of proficiency in English (we, and our customers, expect high quality when it comes to our communications)
- Be comfortable working towards goals, deadlines and targets

You'll earn a great salary whilst achieving a recognised Level 3 (IT Technical Salesperson) Apprenticeship qualification. and, if we work well together, there'll be opportunities for you to progress. You may even be invited to join our Share Scheme, which means you could own a piece of Rubitek in the future.

**The Package**
- £12,500 starting salary, rising after 6 months
- 28 days holiday (inc. bank and public)
- Central Market Harborough office location
