Role - **IT Manager aka IT Operations Manager would also suit ambitious Infrastructure Engineer**

Salary **to 40K**

Location **Liverpool - mix of office and travelling to support sites**

The role is to take ownership of IT for a rapidly growing group with sites across Liverpool and the North of England. They have grown rapidly tripling in size over the past three years and are still growing and are at a stage they need a dedicated IT managerand likely some support staff further down the line. The role will be supporting a head office in London (15 people finance and back office), local users in Liverpool c. 5 and 5-8 low level users in each of 30 sites often using handheld devices.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide 1st to 3rd line end user support (MS Office, Windows, LAN, Phones, Electronic Key System)
- Managing third party service providers (Leased line, Website, Print, Wi-Fi)
- Review and maintain documentation and diagrams of IT infrastructure, underlying services, and systems.
- Support and promote developing use of technology throughout the organisation
- Project work current projects IT Asset Register / Upgrades, back-up strategy, anti-virus strategy, document sharing strategy e.g., SharePoint
- Change Management

**You**
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or 3rd line support role
- Experience with systems installation, configuration analysis
- Networking fundamentals - firewalls, routing, DHCP, DNS, Ethernet, switching, Wi-Fi
- Experience of identifying IT Risk and DR Planning
- IT Security experience
- IP Telephony
- Network Printing
