**Business Analyst**
**Remote/Knutsford**
We are actively looking to secure a Business Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

**Person Specification**:

- Preparing, reviewing and maintaining project documentation, status reports and Executive presentations on behalf of the Programme.
- Taking accountability for Programme Governance ensuring documents, systems are reports updated in line with quality standards set.
- Maintaining project artefacts, document repositories and key control documents.
- Creating and maintaining programme financial forecasts, reporting on actuals and providing commentary on any unavoidable deviations.
- Raising spend and resource requests and tracking to completion.
- Providing project support including updating key stakeholders, tracking delivery against timelines, reporting on milestones and dependencies.
- Maintaining project RAID log and ensure the wider programme team deliver on the risk and issue mitigation plans.
- Maintaining project action logs and follow up with action owners.
- Managing project schedule of core governance forums, attending and minuting meetings a relevant.
- Monitoring, reporting and evaluating the overall programme.
- Analysing project data and making suggestions for optimizing project performance.
- Collating and conducting quality reviews of Workstream Status reports summarising progress, key risks, updates on milestones and overall status.
- Raise and manage changes, where required.
- Problem solve, investigate issues, formulate plans and work across multiple teams to resolve.
- Merge and analyse large data sets, trend and produce reports.
**Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications**:

- Highly competent with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
**Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications**:

- Project Management qualification.
