Class sizes are generally made up of 6-8 children with a Teacher, class Teaching Assistant and 1:1 learningsupport staff. The children here have a range of needs with underlying factors such as Autism and ADHD.

You will undertake a range of activities including educational trips outside of school, supporting and assisting safe play, assisting the child with physical exercise and educational tasks whilst monitoring behaviour and collecting data.

There are numerous examples of learning support staff going on to become fully qualified teaching staff within this school.
