**Teaching Assistant - Supporting Young People with SEND**
**£89 per day | 8:30am - 3:30pm | Term Time Only - Full time (Day to Day/Adhoc opportunities also available)**

We're working with a number of inclusive and supportive schools seeking Teaching Assistants who are confident, compassionate and ready to help students achieve their full potential — both in and beyond the classroom.

**About the Role**:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with students who may have a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or social, emotional and mental health challenges. You’ll support learning, encourage independence and help create a positive and structured learning environment throughout the school day.

**What You’ll Need**:

- A calm, patient and consistent approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with young people and staff
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience supporting children or young people (in school, care, youth work or similar)
- Understanding of, or interest in, SEND and inclusive education

**What we also love to see**:

- Experience with specific needs such as autism, SEMH, or non-verbal communication wherever the experience is from
- Experience with young people such as youth groups, volunteering, care, clubs
