**Sales Representative**

**Location**:West Bromwich B70 8BG - Field based, you will be travelling all over UK
**Salary**:£30 - £35K + commission and car payments
**Contract**:Full time, Permanent

An exciting position has become available for a full-time **Sales Representative**, ideally based in Birmingham but anywhere in West Midlands will be a bonus.

**Sales Representative - The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Area sales role promoting a range of bathroom solutions such as furniture, radiators, sanitaryware and brassware products. You will need to visit accounts in person and build relationships & rapport to grow their business alongside yours.
- You will ensure customers are satisfied with our products including constantly adding our newly launched lines.
- You will help grow the sales team & provide market feedback to the Sales Director to build an overall strategy and effectively increase brand reach & turnover. This will also mean launching new lines and improving the offering of existing ones.
- Manage and oversee a small showroom team and deal with day-to-day queries
- Manage and deliver targeted profitable growth.
- Able to demonstrate effective price management in wholesale & retail channels including web and marketplaces.
- Review market trends and competitor activity in respect of channel, prices and account plans/ strategy.
- Effective credit management of accounts and timely settlement.
- 5 + years’ experience in a bathroom products field sales role or demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of key levers, trends and insights as well as an understanding of the UK Bathroom market.
- Proven track record of key account management/ area account management.
- Experience selling in a related Bathroom, Kitchen, Heating or DIY product into either Merchants, Retailers or Distributors with a successful & proven track record.
- Well organised.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets.
- Resilient.
- Challenges the customer views and gets results.
- Most of all ability to sell.
