- Fair pay for all - We are dedicated to aligning our pay rates with the real Living Wage so our pay rate is £12.70 per hour
- Earn commission of 0.3% net revenue (on average £130 per month)
- Fixed Term contract until 31/08/25.
- Working 25 hours per week Monday to Friday 10.00am - 3.00pm (hours may vary)
- Based at our Support Centre in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire

**Make a difference as a Sales Advisor**
- Converting the maximum number of sales leads from new and existing PGL customers
- Effectively managing all pre-travel administration of bookings, demonstrating strong customer service skills
- Maintaining accurate records of each booking, including recording of customer details and needs, using CRM and internal reservation systems
- Contribute to departmental seasonal and annual performance targets

**Is this you?**
- Experience of demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills, with a confident and polite telephone manner
- Confidence - must have the ability to listen to customers and proactively seek to meet their needs
- Strong personal organisation skills - ability and experience of effectively prioritising workloads and multi-tasking in a busy open-plan office environment
- Computer literate with experience of Outlook and Excel
- Keen attention to detail
- The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team, adhering to strict deadlines
