Understand clients' staffing requirements, organisational culture, and long-term goals to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Talent Acquisition:
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies and staffing plans to address fill-time, short-term vacancies and long-term workforce needs.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market insights, and best practices in education recruitment to inform strategic decision-making and optimize recruitment processes.
Team Leadership and Mentorship:
Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to junior consultants and recruitment teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Lead by example, demonstrating excellence in recruitment practices, client management, and relationship-building initiatives.
Performance Management:
Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of the education sector, including understanding of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and staffing challenges.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
