Over the last three years, we've successfully opened our London and Guildford offices, and we’re excited to share that our Nottingham office has now been up and running for four months. In that short time, we’ve already begun to make a big impact—building relationships, supporting schools, and firmly establishing ourselves in the city. With momentum growing fast, we’re now on the hunt for our 4th team member to join our expanding Nottingham squad. This is a unique chance to get in early and be part of something special. The Role We’re hiring a Principal Consultant to help launch and lead one of our desks in Nottingham—across Primary, Secondary, or SEND (we’ve got exciting opportunities in each area). If your ambition is to move into management or leadership, we’ll support you every step of the way. ⏰ Early Starts, Big Impact This is education recruitment , so being an early riser is key You'll be in the office for a 7:15am start during term time (when schools are open), with a later 9am start during school holidays .
