Due to our rapid growth, we are looking to expand our exciting and creative marketing team. There are a variety of responsibilities revolving around managing our clients’ Social Media channels.

We are looking to recruit an aspiring Digital Marketing Apprentice who is creatively and analytically minded, with the ambition to build a successful career with Addicted. Marketing.

Your primary focus will be on the management of our clients’ Social Media channels, including creating content and scheduling posts - as well as analyzing the organic insights and monitoring the growth and engagement rates.

You will also be supporting our team on Paid Social Media advertising, helping develop an online presence for our clients’ brands and increasing conversions across the relevant channels.

You will be working towards your Digital Marketing Level 3 Certification.

This is a hybrid position, meaning you will be required to work from our City office for a number of days, with the opportunity to work remotely too.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing Social Media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn & TikTok)
- Understand our clients and their target audience
- Create content and graphics
- Develop Paid Social strategies to increase brand awareness & conversions
- Create, manage & optimise paid ads
- Liaise with clients
- Stay up to date with the latest trends
- Set measurable targets for campaigns
- Provide analytical reports

Full training to be provided.
