Recruitment Administrator

Barchester’s recruitment team have a rare opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our award winning team. Surrounded by skilled recruiters, your role will be heavily focussed on ensuring the smooth on-boarding of every nurse and care assistant joining a Barchester home in the division. You will liaise between home managers, administrators, and new recruits to ensure that the process is clear and completed as quickly as possible.
This is a demanding position that will also involve creating and amending adverts to reflect each home’s requirements and rewards package, so attention to detail is essential.
Hybrid role, working from home and meeting the team in London as and when required.
NEED TO HAVE
- 12 months admin experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Determined and tenacious attitude
NEED TO KNOW
- Some exposure to recruitment on-boarding process
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
NEED TO DO
- Maintain regular contact with home managers, administrators, and new recruits
- Advise recruits of timescales, the DBS process, and what will need to take place prior to commencing employment
- Confirm start dates
- Schedule interviews
- Support the Recruitment Manager with the recruitment of care staff where required
- Ensure the correct rewards package is advertised for each home
- Maintain spreadsheets and create reports
