Opus People Solutions are looking for a **Recruitment Resourcer** to join our growing team in Ipswich.

Have you thought about a career in recruitment?

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will mainly provide support to consultants whilst learning on the job. You will work 2 or 3 days in the office with your team, with the rest of your time working from home.

Many successful applicants have come from a customer service or admin background. We offer excellent training and development, with the opportunity to become a full consultant if you wish

Our last Resourcer has worked themselves up into a regular billing consultant in 1 year.

**Your main duties will be**:

- Writing job ads
- Basic administration/updating the CRM system
- Formatting CVs
