**Job Overview**

Working 3-5 days per week including Saturday - We are seeking enthusiastic, passionate and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will provide exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere to make sure our customers return. Your responsibilities will include making tea/coffee/drinks, managing customer orders, and maintaining a clean and organised environment. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using our till to manage transactions.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Help resolve any customer queries or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within designated shifts.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
- A friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately.

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 30 per week
