**Job summary**:
- The Administrative Support Officer will provide high quality administrative and secretarial support to the Legal team. The officer will work closely with the Board Secretary to provide a range of administrative support services.**Job description**:
- The Legal team provides the organisation with an in-house Legal, Data Protection/Information Access/Complaints and Secretariat service. There are currently 6 qualified solicitors, 2 members in the DPIAC team and the Board Secretary.
- This role will provide high quality administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Assistant Director: Head of Legal and Company Secretary (“Head of Legal”), the Board Secretary and other team members. The role will need to deputise for the Board Secretary providing secretariat support to the Executive Management Group, the Board and Committees, as required.
- The appointed officer will be expected to take a proactive and professional approach, to manage and prioritise a varied portfolio of administrative work and assist with the administration of the office work and meeting spaces.**Person specification**:
