**About The Role**:**Location: Carlisle** **Market Research Interviewer** Would you like to discover why people act the way they do and better the world we share? Every day, Ipsos collects and provides organisations with the vital data and inspiration they need to improve lives and engage with their customers. **About the job** As a flexible market research interviewer, you’ll be assigned a broad spectrum of interesting projects each week for a variety of clients, including **local and central government, charities, and companies.** Topics may vary from raising awareness of people who live in poverty to analysing television and radio listening habits. Then you'll drive to the designated locations, park, and go door to door to meet inspiring people from all walks of life, explain the survey's purpose, and learn about their wants, needs and viewpoints. You'll collect and organise responses on your Ipsos tablet before handing them over to an Ipsos market research analyst. **About you** Ipsos will provide you with full accredited training, so no prior experience is required; all you need is the confidence to knock on doors, introduce yourself and build rapport. You’ll be your own boss, with the flexibility to plan your hours as you see fit, as long as you can commit to at least **18 hours across 3 days a week, including one weekend day and evenings as necessary.** This job provides you with the **flexibility, variety, and community interaction** you have been looking for To enjoy getting out and meeting people, you must be able to travel up to 50 miles, have the **use of a vehicle, and a valid UK driver's licence**.
