**Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Arrows Group - **Altrincham

£24k basic + OTE £40k+ year _(Hybrid working)_

Arrows Group is looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join our brand new and expanding Manchester office. We only just set up the office in May and our consultants have already managed to make a number of successful placements. From the Manchester office we are going to expand into the US market next year.

**So, what does the role of a Recruitment Consultant consist of?**

Recruitment Consultancy is a sales role and it is your responsibility to win business from clients. Your responsibilities in the role will be:

- Building a relationship with hiring managers within external clients to get an in-depth understanding of what their expectations are around hiring
- Taking a full job specification from the clients
- Advise and agree with the client on their strategy for the recruitment process

From each successful placement you make you will charge the client a fee and from this fee you will earn commission

You will start your career journey as a Resourcer which means your duties will be to assist with vacancies that consultants in your team are currently working on. Your career will develop through our structured training programme delivered by our L&D Director consisting of group courses, 1 to 1 coaching and on desk training. We have a clear structure develop programme that clearly outlines what you need to achieve in order to develop within Arrows Group.
