**The Role**: The Senior Account Director will be responsible for growing and sustaining existing client relationships within one of their top performing portfolios as well as managing one Account Director. Establishing current and future needs,the incoming individual will be pivotal in developing and building revenue across these clients. Success in this role will be measured on retention of pre-existing accounts, account expansion through cross/up-selling and managing the Account Director (joiningto two this year). This role is an excellent opportunity for a relationship focused individual with proven account management experience within a complex B2B sales environment.

Their ever-expanding product offering, which includes media distribution, media monitoring and reputation management features, has given our client the opportunity to truly monopolisethe industry. The incoming Account Director will have an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with internal product and marketing teams to help retain and expand an existing base of key, corporate accounts.

**As a Senior Account Director your responsibilities will include**:

- Driving revenue across a portfolio of key, existing accounts through a combination of subscription renewals, identification of upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Designing and implementing sales strategy, territory plans and forecasting across your portfolio.
- Working closely with clients to understand requirements and product feedback to maximise adoption and usage of the tools.
- Managing one Account Director (growing to two)

**For this role**:

- A minimum of 5 years B2B account management sales experience.
- Some previous management experience.
- A proven relationship builder with experience selling to C-Level or Senior decision makers
- Experience selling a media, analytical or tech solution previously would be desirable.

- £60k + OTE £35k (uncapped)
