SENIOR ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
£80,000 - £100,000
Do you have marketing experience in the financial services industry? We are searching for an experienced Account Director (AD) to lead a team of PR experts and engage in new business initiatives.
We are collaborating with a top communications firm that works with traditional banks, asset managers, financial market infrastructure, and fintech firms.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Communicate and manage existing accounts with our clients to ensure they get the best support in using the best marketing strategies
- Provide our client assistance in media strategy, account development and some assistance with PR.
- Lead a team of PR professionals, including account managers and account executives; work with the leadership team in personnel development, and assist with appraisals.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with Media, Press and PR Professionals
- Assist in delivering agency growth plan and development of new business strategy in conjunction with senior members of the team
- Assist in delivering corporate digital strategy and draft content for the companies website

**REQUIREMENTSESSENTIAL**
2+ years experience as Senior Director
Financial Service
B2B experience
