Our client is seeking a motivated, hard-working and driven Key Account Manager to join their successful sales team and promote a range of market leading products in the Ophthalmology market. This will cover the Yorkshire and North East territory. This is an exciting new opportunity to work for and be a key team player in the dry eye market within this territory. **Ideal Requirements**: - Previous success in pharmaceutical sales - Awareness of the NHS policies and structures - Be able to work independently and take ownership of results - Experienced in securing formulary inclusions - ABPI Qualified **Role Requirements**: - Develop and maintain good relationships with key customers - Conduct effective and challenging customer interactions - Maintain and complete accurate customer records - Create business plans for the area - Take ownership of understanding the NHS environment - Acquire new formularies - Produce a clear and effective stakeholder map **Role Specific Competencies**: - Have a positive "can do" attitude - Excellent selling and negotiating skills - Good Active listening skills - Strong interpersonal skills **Recruitment Process** 2/3 stage process.
