Office and Accounts Coordinator

Job Profile:
Due to the continued success in our Your Move student living team in Plymouth, we are seeking an Office and Accounts Coordinator to join on a permanent basis.
Experience within the sector is desirable, but due to the delivery of high quality property management services across our mixed portfolio you will personally be responsible for:
- Administration tasks
- Compliance management
- Accounting and financial reporting
- Contract renewals
- Property utility bill management
We require:
- Excellent use and knowledge of Microsoft packages including; Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure all tasks are met
- Excellent problem solving abilities to correct any challenges faced
- Excellent organisation and time management skills to navigate through multiple tasks
- Excellent ability to set realistic deadlines on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

- Basic salary from £18,000 - £20,000 p/annum depending on experience
- Uncapped OTE in the region of £21,000 - £23,000 p/annum depending on experience
This is a challenging role which is ideal for someone who thrives on working in a fast moving challenging environment. You will need to demonstrate a varied range of skills, be highly organised, self-motivated and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
