**Admin & Travel Coordinator**

**Job Type**: Full Time - 40 hours per week

**Location**:Stanford On Soar, Loughborough

**Job Description / Skills**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Booking all elements of travel all over the World for our engineers
- Creating travel itineraries
- Keeping records of costs for all events and championships
- Providing our Account Managers with costs for quotes for race support
- Control of our in-house race calendar
- Managing company pool cars and allocating to staff for events/customer visits
- Booking packages in with courier as instructed by the Logistics Department
- Raising customs invoices for despatch
- Liaising with courier for potential problems with customs
- Support with other tasks in the office as and when necessary

Essential Skills:

- Experience of booking travel arrangements
- Highly accurate with their work
- Hardworking and a good team player
- Well organised and process driven
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Desired Skills:

- Customs experience preferred
