**The Role - Special Needs TA
**I am actively recruiting for a friendly and experienced Special Needs TA to work with Primary ages students who have Special Educational Needs. The role will require you to encourage the students to take a more independent approach to their learningwhile building a rapport with them. You will also need to provide them with academic and emotional support in order to main a rapport. Due to the needs of the students, the ideal Special Needs TA will need to have experience working with children or youngpeople who have ASD, SLD, PMLD and challenging behaviour. Experience from a SEN/Support Worker background is highly desirable. This role requires a full-time commitment on a long-term basis.
**SEN School - Special Needs TA
**This is a SEN school that is located in Harrow, catering for students between the ages of 3-11 years who have various Special Educational Needs such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Severe Learning Difficulty, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficultyas well as challenging behaviour. They currently have 135 students who attend the school and an Ofsted rating of 'Outstanding' in all areas from their last inspection in February 2018.
