**_We are looking for an experienced and caring Team Leader who is interested in leading a therapeutic team of care staff._**
Greenfields House is a specialist residential children’s home. We are a therapeutic community providing care for up to 10 children aged between 5 to 13 years with emotional and behavioural difficulties. We do this via an integrated form of psychotherapeuticcare, both within the home and within Greenfields School. Our treatment goal is to help children to process their early life trauma and learn to make healthy attachments.
Childhood First is a charity with a long and successful history of making a significant difference to the lives and future outcomes for every child and young person in our care.

- You want to supervise a team of up to 7 people, helping to shape and guide their development, alongside your Deputy Team Leader.
- You have great communication skills, applicable to internal and external professionals including the children’s family members.
- You are keen to embrace our fully funded clinical training up to practitioner’s diploma or master’s level.
- You can work within the relevant legislation and hold good record keeping skills.
Greenfields House has three staff teams, each comprising of one Team Leader, one Deputy Team Leader and up to five Therapeutic Care Workers. You will work consistently with your team throughout our rolling rota. You are guaranteed every third weekend off.All staff sleep in up to twice a week, there are always two staff members present at night.
NB: All applicants must have a Full Driving Licence.
