**You’ll deliver**:

Collaborate with stakeholders & SME’s across the business to identify learning needs, and craft effective learning experiences tailored to those needs.
Develop eLearning content using authoring, editing, and design software (like Articulate and Adobe) that aligns with our design principles and NewDay's brand guidelines.
Actively participate in testing and provide constructive feedback on the team's output to improve quality and efficiency, and encourage new ideas and creative approaches in learning design, contributing to a culture of innovation.
Continuously update and improve our mandatory learning suite, ensuring it remains relevant and effective.

**We need knowledge, experience + expertise in**:

Verbal and written communication, and able to articulate design concepts. You will also have some copyediting skills.
Learning Management Systems to support content deployment and tracking - if this is in Workday it is a bonus.
Familiarity with eLearning tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
Knowledge of core design principals,(colour theory, typography, layout, visual hierarchy)

The ability to integrate modern design trends into innovative projects.
