**What will a day in the life of a**Senior Digital Learning Designer** involve? You'll be**:

- Collaborating with stakeholders and experts to design digital learning projects.
- Using tools like Articulate 360, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Cloud to create engaging content.
- Leading digital learning needs assessments.
- Crafting and editing instructional videos to support learning engagement.
- Ensuring content is accessible and user-friendly in the Learning Management System (Cornerstone).
- Continuously refining digital learning content using data-driven insights.

**What will you need to be a successful**Senior Digital Learning Designer**?**
- Deep understanding of digital learning best practices, either through qualification or experience.
- Strong graphic design and creative skills, with proficiency in tools like Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Ability to produce and edit high-quality, engaging videos.
- Work with external suppliers to build innovative digital learning solutions (i.e. video companies and freelance designers).
- Knowledge of learning management systems and content management systems for user-centric learning.
- Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholder interaction.
- Ability to influence others and achieve desired outcomes.
- Skills in analysing, interpreting, and generating insights from data.
- Have the ability and willingness to travel throughout the country with occasional overnight stays. Excellent knowledge and experience with MS 365.
