**Job Summary**

This is a junior position so training and support will be provided.

**Responsibilities**

**Content Creation**:

- Develop engaging content ideas, including blog posts, social media posts, articles, and video scripts.
- Write and edit high-quality content that’s optimised for SEO and social media.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content.

**Content Calendar Management**:

- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Prioritise content based on editorial calendars and marketing goals.

**Social Media Management**:

- Assist in managing social media channels, including posting, responding to comments, and analysing performance metrics.
- Monitor social media trends and industry news to identify relevant content opportunities.

**SEO Optimisation**:

- Optimise content for search engines by using relevant keywords and meta descriptions.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for content performance.
- Generate regular reports on content performance and audience engagement.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Social Media Manager, design team, and other departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Collaborate with external partners and influencers to create joint content.
- Write and edit high-quality content that’s optimised for SEO and social media.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content.

**Qualifications**
- Good communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- This is an apprentice
- Familiarity with digital content management systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
