**We are currently recruiting **part time **permanent roles, our starting salary of £21,888 (pro rata) is made up of a base salary of £20,188, up to £1,200 discretionary performance related bonus, plus £500 flexible benefits allowance.**

- Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
- Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing

**What you’ll bring.**
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs
- You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

**What else you need to know.**

The role is based in Ruislip branch.

To be considered for this opportunity, you would need to be able to commit to a minimum of 21hrs per week and be able to work flexibly between the hours of 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday and 8am - 4pm Saturday.

During the initial training period you would be required to commit to working 7-hour shifts from 9am - 5pm during your training period. Once your training has been completed you would return to your agreed part time working hours.

If you are successful in reaching interview stage, your interview will be conducted remotely via Zoom.
