Concept Taverns currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the head office team in Horsforth.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations.
- Processing purchase invoices, including appropriate checks and reconciliations
- Analysing expenditure, including CAPEX spend on new projects
- Cash reconciliations
- Assisting with supplier payments
- Review & analysis of venue timesheets to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Assisting with payroll and payroll related tasks
- Assisting with weekly financial reporting & analysis
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Continuous support of Finance team members, processes, and procedures
- Other Ad Hoc duties
- Relevant experience in an accounting function
- Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft products
- Experience with Xero (preferred not essential)
