**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor to join one of our restaurant, based on site at Boundary Outlet. The Restaurant Supervisor plays a vital role in assisting the team in the day to day running of our restaurant.
- Responsible for preparation, cooking and serving hot food, including food to order
- Responsible for preparation and serving of cold food
- Responsible for Kitchen staff & Front of House staff
- Require a good understanding of HACCP and Food Hygiene
- Required to assist with stock control and stock rotation
- Some budget and target management.

**About You**

We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual with a positive disposition to support in leading our restaurant team by example.

Working in a fast paced and demanding environment, you will ensure the highest operational standards, both front and back of house. We are looking for someone who is decisive with effective time management skills, working to tight deadlines.

You must enjoy a varied workload, and possess the ability to motivate and co-ordinate a team with a “hands-on” approach, whilst delivering an excellent standard of customer experience at all times.

Essential knowledge and qualifications:

- HACCAP
- Food Hygiene
- Food Safety
- Health and Safety
- Hygiene Checks

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a catering environment is desirable.
