**Role**

As a Housekeeper you are a brand ambassador and engage with each guest to ensure that we deliver a great experience every time, creating a memorable guest experience is your aim.

This is a multi-skilled role with excellent training provided for each of the below areas;
- Floor (Server): You take ownership of your section(s) allocated on shift, taking pride in your area of responsibility and having a keen eye for detail. Assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Carry out all cleaning duties in the lounge floors, emptying bins. Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, and towels in a timely manner.
- Ensure the services, hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness of the Lounge achieve total customer satisfaction and meet company standards
- Use of cleaning products in a safe manner
- To follow cleaning procedures including use of equipment - Health & safety in the workplace including Control of Substances Harmful to Health (COSHH)
- Keeping public areas clean and tidy
- Working as part of a team, helping others out when required.
