**The Role**:
We are seeking a **Business Systems Analyst** with expertise in **report design, workflow optimisation, software customisation **and **data migration** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, designing and implementing tailored business solutions, and ensuring that data migration processes run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their reporting, workflow, and customisation requirements.
- Lead data migration tasks for ERP projects as part of a larger team.
- Design and implement effective report solutions that provide actionable insights.
- Customise workflows to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance business performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customisation, ensuring that client systems are optimised.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business solutions.
- Provide training and support to clients on using customised workflows and reporting tools.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in business solutions and ERP systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite, Sage, and Iplicit products.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Proven experience in business solutions consulting with a focus on **report design**, **workflows**, and **customisation**.
- Previous experience of **data migration** tasks for businesses.
- Ability to design and implement tailored reports that align with client business goals.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation and process improvement.
- **Experience with Oracle NetSuite, Sage **or **Iplicit** products is highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Microsoft SQL and Power BI experience is an advantage but not required

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Certifications in Oracle NetSuite or Sage (preferred but not required).
- Experience working with ERP systems and business process management tools.
