Based in the north of Glasgow, Maryhill Housing has been established for over 40 years. We own over 3000 rented properties and provide a factoring service to over 700 units. **The Role**
At Maryhill our Caretaking and Estate Management service has made a real impact on our communities. We currently have opportunities available in our Caretaking team for highly motivated and enthusiastic team players.

You should be a friendly self-starter with the ability to think on your feet to solve problems and have eye on excellent customer service at all times. Experience of working with ground maintenance, grass cutting and cleaning equipment is required for these roles.

These roles have a salary banding of £24,144 pro rata (EVH Grade TAS2). In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package, which includes a generous holiday entitlement and access to a contributory pension scheme.
