**Job Overview**:
As Patient Services Administrator, you will be working for SecuriCare (Medical) Limited who a Home Delivery Service for stoma products are. you’ll support a team of Patient Development Specialists in a dynamic and varied role. This position involves a blend of administration and telephone duties, providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

Attention to detail is essential as you will be responsible for accurately processing and verifying all scripts to ensure timely and full payment each month. You will ensure all tasks are completed and up to date by month-end to facilitate smooth payment processing.

Your responsibilities will also include contacting patients to remind them to place orders, coordinating the delivery of their supplies, liaising with GP surgeries regarding prescriptions, and handling incoming calls. You will work towards targets set by your Team Leader.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage the processing of electronic prescriptions and coordinate with patients to arrange timely delivery of their stoma supplies
- Contact patients proactively to remind them to place orders, ensuring their supplies are ordered on time and delivered as needed.
- Handle inbound calls from patients and healthcare professionals, providing clear information, support, and assistance regarding orders, prescriptions, and delivery status.
- Accurately process patient orders, ensuring all details are correct and logged into the system for efficient order fulfilment.
- Verify patient exemption statuses, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records, ensuring smooth operations and accurate patient information.
- Contact GP surgeries to discuss prescriptions, clarifying any issues and ensuring all required information is gathered for processing.
- Work towards achieving targets and KPIs set by your Team Leader, ensuring high performance and consistent service delivery.
- Carry out other reasonable duties as requested by your Team Leader to support the smooth running of the team and ensure the highest level of service for patients.
