**JOB ROLE**

Working at LK Bennett is more than just a job; it’s a way of life and becoming part of our Buying team as an Buying Admin Assistant means you will be at the forefront of our luxury business. As a Buying Admin Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Buying team by placing product orders, monitoring deliveries and maintaining the sample library.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the Buying team to manage the range plans, clothing matrix & product files, ensuring all relevant data is available and accurate for Merchandising, Technical, Wholesale, Marketing and Digital. This includes the management of critical path information.
- Manage and co-ordinate sample requirements for the department including chasing all new development samples, fitting samples, assisting with organising the sample sales and managing the sample requirements for different areas of the business i.e. Ecom, QC, PR and fit sessions.
- Attend fit sessions when required, and input fit comments
- Manage product storage including Trim approvals, lab dips, yarn dips and CADs.
- Assist the team in preparing for range meetings.
- Carry out comp shops to develop and maintain knowledge of the current market place and feedback to team.
- Maintain and track show room samples
- Order accurate press samples on key lines and collate and pass samples to the Digital department for web shoots.
- Achieve on time deliveries via Critical path management; keeping up to date fit stage records and sealing dates
- Provide general administrative duties including raising and amending orders, managing the post, updating and filing all product related data, opening all courier parcels and delivering to relevant departments and collating and processing invoices for the category.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
