**Materials/Supply Chain Supervisor**

Our client is an Aircraft Interiors company based at Biggin Hill Kent. Its main objective is to supply Design, Certification, Manufacture and Refurbishment of commercial and VIP aircraft interiors to the aviation industry.

Due to expansion we have a requirement for an experienced Materials/Supply Chain Supervisor. Working as part of our materials teams you will have responsibility for controlling our onsite inventory, including regular stock checks and control of minimum stock levels, control of tooling including calibration, receiving components into the business and the analysis of delivery notes for accuracy.

All materials, components and tooling are to be managed inline with UK and EASA regulatory requirements.

The role requires a good level of IT literacy as all data is managed in a company wide system called Factory Master, and will also require the generation of reports to support both Finance and the Management team.

This role involves the day to day running of a busy aviation stores. This

includes the receipt of goods, storage and control, issuing and dispatch of finished goods around the world.

- Handling of Hazardous materials

**Knowledge & Qualifications:

A good academic standard of education & previous experience gained in similar or related environment. Fork Lift licence preferable.

**Experience:

Experience in stock and stock control essential, with a full understanding of the EASA requirements and general engineering practices within a stores environment.

**Skills, Competencies & Personal Attributes:

Good numeracy and literacy. Practical knowledge of MS Office packages. Confident verbal and written communication skills with good telephone manner. The ability to work in a fast paced pressured environment. A

strong attention to detail required.

**Salary**: From £35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
