- We're looking for an Investment/Sales Specialist to:
- act as an ambassador for UBS in European and Middle Eastern markets. Drive new business development for all REPM offerings (open and closed-end funds, club deals, co-investments and mandate solutions) through partnering with both UBS AM generalist sales colleagues as well as direct selling as required
- project manage distribution efforts for new fund launches and existing funds on the shelf. Work with, and leverage, the generalist AM distribution teams as a real assets and private markets specialist to ensure they are equipped with product and market know-how and information to sell the full range of REPM product
- act as intermediary between investment teams and UBS AM generalist sales providing two-way information flow on market colour, competitor landscape, fund performance and positioning updates and broader client feedback to assist with distribution efforts
- co-ordinate with generalist sales colleagues and investment teams regarding new RFPs/RFIs launched and oversee completion of submissions by RFP/RFI specialists
- assist with developing executable business plans for new product launches
- get involved in the identification of third party distribution/sub-advisory partners
- support and work with the broader REPM Investment Specialist team (Capability Specialists, RFP specialists, various investment teams) to develop effective sales/RFI/RFP materials and ensure all sales materials and client communications comply with relevant regulatory and internal guidelines

**Your team**
- You will be working in the Investment Sales Specialist team within the Real Estate & Private Markets business unit within UBS AM. The team is responsible for driving sales and client activities across the full range of REPM capabilities and offerings. Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM) comprises over 500 talented people, managing USD 125 billion of AuM. REPM represents one of the largest asset managers investing in the real assets space worldwide. REPM provides an integrated client experience through the joint expertise of the Direct Real Estate and Direct Infrastructure as well as Multi-Manager solutions in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Equity and Private Credit. Today, the REPM Investment Specialist team has members on the ground in Zurich, Italy, Germany, London, New York, Hartford, Tokyo and Singapore. As an Investment/Sales specialist, you will be responsible for expanding our client reach into Europe and the Middle East. The role holder will proactively identify business development opportunities and develop revenue generating ideas working closely and collaboratively with AM distribution colleagues on the ground in local markets, and in addition will coordinate and complement existing efforts by REPM business areas within the European and Middle Eastern markets. The role holder will report to the Head of REPM Investment Sales Specialists for the UK, Nordics, Benelux and Middle East, and be an integral and collaborative member of the broader European based REPM Investment Sales Specialist team.Diversity helps us grow, together. **Your expertise**
- ideally 4-8 years of investment product sales experience. A strong track record of raising capital and selling real asset and broader private market products in Europe
- institutional sales experience of working with pension funds, insurance companies, fund of funds, consultants etc is required. Experience working across European wholesale and/or wealth management markets a plus.
- experience and track record selling across other Middle Eastern markets a plus.
- highly motivated individual with asset gathering and deal closing mentality. Proven ability to generate revenue against robust and challenging targets
- strong networking skills and proactive approach to working with colleagues across the business. Equally adept at working autonomously and taking initiative to problem solve and find creative solutions.
- excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, building and maintaining relationships internally and externally
- strong attention to detail
- highest ethical standards, integrity and discipline
- English language skills (both verbal and written) are required. Additional language skills a strong plus
