The Isle of Wight CAMHS team is looking for a Community Team Lead. This person would be part of the CAMHS multi-disciplinary leadership team and at times deputies for the CAMHS Team Leader. They would be responsible for the line management of the community team and the operational delivery of the CAMHS community pathway whilst working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide specialist support and intervention to children, young people and their families within a range of settings including; home, the children's ward, the Acute Adult Ward, Tier 4 mainland placements and other community settings to support recovery and deliver interventions in the least restrictive environment.

They will be passionate about ensuring the child's voice is central to the work they do and work in partnership with families and other agencies to achieve the outcomes desired by the child or young person.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic clinician, with experience of working in children's services, to join our CAMHS team on the Isle of Wight. The IOW NHS Trust community CAMHS team is CQC rated Good, the team is a multidisciplinary team of 40 staff who provide services to children and young people on the Island that are experiencing emotional health and wellbeing difficulties.

We are looking for an experienced clinician in children's services to take up the role in community team to ensure the service continues to deliver good quality, compassionate care.
