Job Summary Fixed term secondment for 9 months due to maternity cover. Obtain permission from current line manager before applying. Responsibilities As a member of the Core Eating Disorders CAMHS multidisciplinary team, the post holder will provide a clinical perspective within the team, agencies and external professionals, and offer clinical consultation and liaison. Deliver specialist child mental health care for children and young people with eating disorders. Lead assessment, planning, delivering and evaluating specialist therapeutic and psychological interventions individually, in groups and families. Responsibility for CAMHS assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of treatment and care for children or young people accessing services. Knowledge and understanding of the Maudsley Model of Care and MEED risk assessment in eating disorder treatment. Work with families to support the young person's recovery. Collaborate with other professionals to provide holistic care. Qualifications & Experience Essential: Evidence of professional registration. Experience of liaison with a variety of agencies to support patients and families. Desirable: CAMHS experience.
