Project Management - All things to all people Don't get me wrong, we want you to fit in and accommodate requests and projects etc, at the same time, you can't be a wallflower. We need you to guide the business, the process and improvements and be accountable.

As a Project Manager within this business, you'll be all encompassing. Operationally you'll be strong, knowing how to lead a production floor, a client process from brief to completion and that covers a multitude of segments (as you know) from estimating,stock management, workflow through to despatch and installs. You really do need to have your finger on the pulse.

To hit the ground running on this opening, you'll be coming from a print business. A large format, wide format print business. Knowing your interior branding from your building wraps or your tension fabric display through to your window displays, FSDU'sto your pull up banners. Yes, this business does all this and more. So it is important that you are familiar with this world.

Industry knowledge is important on this one because, as a family run business, they care about what they do. The service they offer their clients and the direction of the business. This role is to support the Senior Management team in their next stage ofgrowth. As an experienced Project Manager or perhaps as an experienced Ops Manager looking for an opportunity to influence a growing business, with you managing the operations, releases the SLT to focus on strategic growth and acquisitions.

It's an exciting time to join, the last 18 months have seen them move into new production house. New production equipment, new staff and a couple of acquisitions too. A lot is happening and this is just the beginning. The way they operate, conduct themselvesis second to none. Integrity is huge for them, it's evident in the culture, the people and is certainly something they look for when adding to the headcount.
