BEMS Project Manager
The Executive Network Group are currently recruiting for a Project Manager within the Building Energy Management systems (BEMS) sector. This is working for a rapidly growing SME within the BEMS Sector. The successful individual will be responsible for boththe service delivery, installation projects, and P&L for the business unit. This role would be perfect for an already experienced Project Manager, or a Project Engineer looking to step up.
The Role - Responsible for all operations within the Building Energy Management systems (BEMS), including service, small works, remedial engineers and project management. You will be working with and supporting the major projects department. Furthermore, youwill be working to continually develop, mentor, and grow a diverse, skilled, and highly motivated team.
- Helping the company to work towards its ultimate goals and delivering on our company values.
- Working to support new business opportunities and mobilise new contracts within your BEMS division.
- Assisting with the selection and completion of key tenders and new business enquiries.
- Building a diverse service base with a range of disciplines, clients, and industries.
- Driving to maintain and improve all elements of SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) within your division.
- Mentoring your BEMS management team and working closely with them to assist with developing the senior members of their teams.
- Supporting your managers with client relations and contract negotiation.
- Predicting future resource requirements and working with HR and L+D team to ensure suitable development plans are in place.
- Stepping in to support and provide cover for your management team during leave or absence.
- Managing the Profit and loss within your division and working to meet or exceed your targeted gross profit margin and revenue per head.
